Ingredients

  • 4 cups thinly sliced cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 1/2 cup plain kefir
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 dropperfuls liquid Stevia
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed

Instructions

  • Stir together cabbage, carrots and parsley in large bowl
  • Whisk together onion, kefir, oil, vinegar, stevia, salt, and celery seed in another bowl
  • Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat
  • Refrigerate at least 15 minutes before serving
