- 4 cups thinly sliced cabbage
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 1/2 cup plain kefir
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 dropperfuls liquid Stevia
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
Get Recipe Ingredients
Stir together cabbage, carrots and parsley in large bowl
Whisk together onion, kefir, oil, vinegar, stevia, salt, and celery seed in another bowl
Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat
Refrigerate at least 15 minutes before serving
