Ingredients
- 12.5 oz Premium Chunk White Chicken in Water 1 large can
- 1 - 2 cups water
- 16 oz kale frozen, chopped
- 6 medium celery sticks chopped
- 1/3 cup coconut cream canned
- 3 tbsp Simple Girl hot sauce or other hot sauce of choice
- 4 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
Instructions
- Combine kale, celery, and 1/2 cup water in saucepan over medium - high heat
- Cover and cook until celery starts to soften
- Stir in can of chicken (including liquid from can), coconut cream, hot sauce, and any additional water desired
- Allow to simmer until heated through
- Portion into 4 bowls
- Top each bowl with a tablespoon of goat cheese and a drizzle of additional hot sauce
