  • 12.5 oz Premium Chunk White Chicken in Water 1 large can
  • 1 - 2 cups water
  • 16 oz kale frozen, chopped
  • 6 medium celery sticks chopped
  • 1/3 cup coconut cream canned
  • 3 tbsp Simple Girl hot sauce or other hot sauce of choice
  • 4 tbsp crumbled goat cheese


  • Combine kale, celery, and 1/2 cup water in saucepan over medium - high heat
  • Cover and cook until celery starts to soften
  • Stir in can of chicken (including liquid from can), coconut cream, hot sauce, and any additional water desired
  • Allow to simmer until heated through
  • Portion into 4 bowls
  • Top each bowl with a tablespoon of goat cheese and a drizzle of additional hot sauce
