- 1 - 2 cups water
- 16 oz kale frozen, chopped
- 6 medium celery sticks chopped
- 1/3 cup coconut cream canned
- 3 tbsp Simple Girl hot sauce or other hot sauce of choice
- 4 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
Get Recipe Ingredients
Combine kale, celery, and 1/2 cup water in saucepan over medium - high heat
Cover and cook until celery starts to soften
Stir in can of chicken (including liquid from can), coconut cream, hot sauce, and any additional water desired
Allow to simmer until heated through
Portion into 4 bowls
Top each bowl with a tablespoon of goat cheese and a drizzle of additional hot sauce
