- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- hot sauce, to taste
Instructions
- Melt coconut oil in hot skillet
- Whisk egg and whites together
- Pour into skillet and cook
- Flip eggs when no longer runny
- Add hot sauce, to taste
- Transfer to plate
- Top with salsa
