Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • hot sauce, to taste

Instructions

  • Melt coconut oil in hot skillet
  • Whisk egg and whites together
  • Pour into skillet and cook
  • Flip eggs when no longer runny
  • Add hot sauce, to taste
  • Transfer to plate
  • Top with salsa
