Ingredients
- 8 oz steamed brussel sprouts
- 8 oz grape tomatoes
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tsp hot sauce divided
- 1/2 tsp Bragg's liquid Aminos
- Stevia if desired
Instructions
- Brown garlic in apple cider vinegar and water in skillet over medium-high heat
- Stir in brussel sprouts, tomatoes, 1 tsp hot sauce, and liquid Aminos (stevia may be added for a sweeter sauce)
- Place lid on skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes are soft and start to break open
- Transfer to plate and drizzle with remaining 1/2 tsp hot sauce (Shown served with Old Bay Cod for a total of 288 calories)
