Ingredients

  • 8 oz steamed brussel sprouts
  • 8 oz grape tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1.5 tsp hot sauce divided
  • 1/2 tsp Bragg's liquid Aminos
  • Stevia if desired

Instructions

  • Brown garlic in apple cider vinegar and water in skillet over medium-high heat
  • Stir in brussel sprouts, tomatoes, 1 tsp hot sauce, and liquid Aminos (stevia may be added for a sweeter sauce)
  • Place lid on skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes are soft and start to break open
  • Transfer to plate and drizzle with remaining 1/2 tsp hot sauce (Shown served with Old Bay Cod for a total of 288 calories)
