Instructions
Brown garlic in apple cider vinegar and water in skillet over medium-high heat
Stir in brussel sprouts, tomatoes, 1 tsp hot sauce, and liquid Aminos (stevia may be added for a sweeter sauce)
Place lid on skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes are soft and start to break open
Transfer to plate and drizzle with remaining 1/2 tsp hot sauce (Shown served with
