Ingredients
- 3 oz cooked chicken breast
- 8 oz celery
- 2 tbsp Simple Girl Sweet Mustard Dressing
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 8-16 drops Stevia
Instructions
- Fill large saucepan 1/2 full and bring to a boil
- Slice celery into long, thin strips
- Add celery to boiling water, cover, and boil 15-20 minutes, until soft and noodle-like
- Drain and transfer celery to bowl/plate
- Stir dressing into noodles
- Cut chicken into strips or bites
- Combine mustards, Stevia and garlic power in small bowl
- Add chicken and stir until well coated
- Place chicken on top of celery noodles
