Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • stevia to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients together with fork, whisk, or in Magic Bullet
  • Heat large skillet over medium - high heat
  • Grease skillet
  • Pour batter into 4" circles into skillet
  • Wait until bubbles form in pancakes
  • Flip and cook another minute
  • Repeat with remaining batter
