- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup flax meal
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- stevia to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together with fork, whisk, or in Magic Bullet
- Heat large skillet over medium - high heat
- Grease skillet
- Pour batter into 4" circles into skillet
- Wait until bubbles form in pancakes
- Flip and cook another minute
- Repeat with remaining batter
