Ingredients
- 7 oz chicken breast
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar Pompeian or other brand w/o sugar or grape must
- 14.5 oz Muir Glen fire roasted tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- pink salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar in skillet
- Add chicken
- Cook 1 minute on each side, coating chicken in vinegar
- Cover chicken with can of tomatoes and stir in remaining vinegar
- Add spices
- Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or when sauce is desired consistency
