- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar Pompeian or other brand w/o sugar or grape must
- 14.5 oz Muir Glen fire roasted tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- pink salt and pepper, to taste

Heat 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar in skillet
Add chicken
Cook 1 minute on each side, coating chicken in vinegar
Cover chicken with can of tomatoes and stir in remaining vinegar
Add spices
Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or when sauce is desired consistency
