Ingredients

  • 5 oz tuna 1 can of tuna
  • 1 tbsp jalapeno mustard or 1 T yellow mustard + diced jalapeno, to taste
  • 2 tbsp dill pickles chopped
  • 1/2 cup avocado cubed
  • 1/3 cup onion grilled
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • A couple shakes of Texas Chicken Rub
  • pink salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine tuna, mustard, Texas Chicken Rub, and pink salt in bowl
  • Stir in remaining ingredients, until combined
