- 1 tbsp jalapeno mustard or 1 T yellow mustard + diced jalapeno, to taste
- 2 tbsp dill pickles chopped
- 1/2 cup avocado cubed
- 1/3 cup onion grilled
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
- A couple shakes of Texas Chicken Rub
- pink salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine tuna, mustard, Texas Chicken Rub, and pink salt in bowl
- Stir in remaining ingredients, until combined
