  • 3/4 cup liquid egg whites or 4 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast if cheesy taste is desired (*Add an additional 20
  • choice of spices, optional oregano, garlic powder, italian seasoning, rosemary, thyme, etc


  • Grease skillet with butter or coconut oil and heat to medium-low
  • Whisk egg whites with coconut flour in a bowl
  • Add in spices of choice and nutritional yeast, if desired, and whisk again
  • Pour mixture into skillet and spread evenly
  • Cover with lid and cook for 3-4 minutes (until top starts to bubble)
  • Flip and cook, covered, another 2 minutes
  • Remove from skillet
