Instructions
Grease skillet with butter or coconut oil and heat to medium-low
Whisk egg whites with coconut flour in a bowl
Add in spices of choice and nutritional yeast, if desired, and whisk again
Pour mixture into skillet and spread evenly
Cover with lid and cook for 3-4 minutes (until top starts to bubble)
Flip and cook, covered, another 2 minutes
Remove from skillet
