Ingredients

  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 3 hard boiled egg whites
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Bragg's apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • hot sauce to taste
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Put yolk from whole hard boiled egg into bowl
  • Add mustards, apple cider vinegar, parsley, hot sauce, salt and pepper and mix well
  • Chop the 4 hard boiled egg whites into small pieces
  • Add whites to yolk mixture and stir well
  • Eat plain or use half of egg salad mixture and serve on top of Cauliflower Tortillas
