Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 yellow pepper chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 15 oz canned tomato sauce
  • 12 oz edamame
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • pink salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Brown beef in saucepan with onion, peppers, and garlic over medium-high heat 
  • Drain liquid and return to stove
  • Stir in tomato sauce, salsa, edamame, and spices
  • Once liquid is boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes
