  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp almond meal / flour
  • 1 dropperful SweetLeaf vanilla crème or english toffee stevia
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon


  • Melt coconut oil in skillet over medium high heat
  • Add apple and stevia
  • Cover with lid and cook until apples are slightly soft, stirring occasionally
  • Stir in pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon and cook another minute
  • Transfer apples to bowl
  • Stir almond meal into apples
  • Serve warm or cold
