Ingredients
- 1 apple chopped
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp almond meal / flour
- 1 dropperful SweetLeaf vanilla crème or english toffee stevia
- 1/4-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
Instructions
- Melt coconut oil in skillet over medium high heat
- Add apple and stevia
- Cover with lid and cook until apples are slightly soft, stirring occasionally
- Stir in pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon and cook another minute
- Transfer apples to bowl
- Stir almond meal into apples
- Serve warm or cold
