- 1 apple chopped
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp almond meal / flour
- 1 dropperful SweetLeaf vanilla crème or english toffee stevia
- 1/4-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
Melt coconut oil in skillet over medium high heat
Add apple and stevia
Cover with lid and cook until apples are slightly soft, stirring occasionally
Stir in pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon and cook another minute
Transfer apples to bowl
Stir almond meal into apples
Serve warm or cold
