Ingredients

Donuts

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • 1 tsp Stevia Extract

Glaze

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp Stevia Extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Grease donut pan
  • Combine coconut flour, flax meal, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and stevia in small bowl
  • Whisk eggs in mixing bowl
  • Stir dry mixture into eggs
  • Stir in coconut oil
  • Pour into donut pan
  • Bake for 20 minutes
  • Combine all glaze ingredients and set aside
  • Remove donuts from oven and allow to cool completely
  • Drizzle glaze over each donut
  • Place in refrigerator until glaze is hardened
