Ingredients

  • 8 oz cucumber sliced thin
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Stevia if sweet relish is desired

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in refrigerator overnight
  • Remove cucumber slices from liquid and transfer to food processor or mini chopper
  • Pulse until relish consistency is reached
  • Add a little liquid to relish for storing
