Ingredients
- 5 oz Mahi Mahi
- 8 oz iceberg lettuce
- 1 orange
- Old Bay seasoning
- Coconut Aminos to taste
Instructions
- Cover Mahi Mahi with Old Bay seasoning and liquid Aminos in container to let it marinate overnight
- Steam fish until cooked through
- Meanwhile, peel & section orange and cut into chunks
- Cut up lettuce
- Put orange chunks on lettuce
- Flake fish into pieces on top of lettuce and orange
- Add coconut Aminos to taste
