Ingredients

  • 4.5 oz shrimp
  • 10 oz zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • 1 tbsp Trader Joe's Basil Mustard
  • 1 tsp Perfect Pinch Tuscan seasoning

Instructions

  • Heat small amount of water in skillet over medium-high heat
  • Cook shrimp until they begin to turn pink
  • Add zucchini and cover with lid, stirring occasionally until zucchini is cooked through
  • Stir in mustard, seasoning, and salt
