Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 - 2 dropperfuls SweetLeaf Stevia

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Melt coconut oil
  • In medium bowl, mix oil, eggs, stevia, and salt together with a fork
  • Add coconut flour and stir until dough holds together
  • Gather the dough into a ball with hands
  • Flatten dough out evenly into a 9″ greased pie pan
  • Prick dough with a fork
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown
