- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp pink salt
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 - 2 dropperfuls SweetLeaf Stevia

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Melt coconut oil
In medium bowl, mix oil, eggs, stevia, and salt together with a fork
Add coconut flour and stir until dough holds together
Gather the dough into a ball with hands
Flatten dough out evenly into a 9″ greased pie pan
Prick dough with a fork
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown
