Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna or salmon
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk / cream canned
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pink salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grapes, chopped optional

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in small bowl
  • Adjust curry powder, cinnamon, salt and pepper to taste

Serve with apple slices, cucumber slices, carrots, celery or as a sandwich
