Ingredients
- 3 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup cashews roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup almonds roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 5 tbsp coconut oil or butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix thoroughly, and spread evenly on the sheet
- Bake 15-20 minutes until golden, rotating halfway through cooking time
- Remove from oven and allow to cool
