Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut butter of choice if using peanut butter, this is a P5/6 recipe
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp Stevia extract or more if sweeter cake is desired
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease 8" cake pan
  • Place all ingredients into food processor
  • Blend until well mixed
  • Pour batter into cake pan
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean
