Ingredients
- 1 cup nut butter of choice if using peanut butter, this is a P5/6 recipe
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp Stevia extract or more if sweeter cake is desired
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease 8" cake pan
- Place all ingredients into food processor
- Blend until well mixed
- Pour batter into cake pan
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean
