Chocolate Nut Butter Cake

- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp Stevia extract or more if sweeter cake is desired
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Get Recipe Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease 8" cake pan
Place all ingredients into food processor
Blend until well mixed
Pour batter into cake pan
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean
