Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 2.5 cups flax meal
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup protein powder of choice Stevia sweetened only
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees and line 13x9 inch cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth
- Spread batter evenly onto cookie sheet
- Bake 20 minutes
- Remove from oven and allow to cool
- Cut into 12 equal rectangles
