Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 2.5 cups flax meal
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup protein powder of choice Stevia sweetened only
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees and line 13x9 inch cookie sheet with parchment paper
  • Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth
  • Spread batter evenly onto cookie sheet
  • Bake 20 minutes
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool
  • Cut into 12 equal rectangles
