- 2 large ripe bananas
- 2.5 cups flax meal
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup protein powder of choice Stevia sweetened only
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil

Preheat oven to 300 degrees and line 13x9 inch cookie sheet with parchment paper
Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth
Spread batter evenly onto cookie sheet
Bake 20 minutes
Remove from oven and allow to cool
Cut into 12 equal rectangles
