Ingredients
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tbsp unsalted almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1.5 tbsp almond flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Melt coconut oil and chocolate together
- Use a food processor or high-speed blender, and puree the avocado until smooth
- Add all the ingredients, one at a time, and pulse until combined
- Keep the batter in your fridge for an hour
- Fill a pastry bag, or whatever you prefer using, and pipe batter onto a cookie sheet. (or form cookies with a spoon)
- Bake cookies for 15-17 minutes
- Let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving
