Ingredients

  • 6 oz ground chicken breast
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 plum tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • italian seasoning
  • pink salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Season ground chicken with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning
  • Brown in a frying pan (like taco meat)
  • Cut zucchini in half and scoop out center
  • Fill center with chicken and chopped tomatoes
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Top with cheese and broil to melt the cheese
