Ingredients
- 6 oz ground chicken breast
- 1 zucchini
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- italian seasoning
- pink salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Season ground chicken with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning
- Brown in a frying pan (like taco meat)
- Cut zucchini in half and scoop out center
- Fill center with chicken and chopped tomatoes
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Top with cheese and broil to melt the cheese
