- 3.5 oz chicken
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 oz cabbage chopped
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 c chicken stock or vegetable
- pink salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sauté chicken and garlic in a non stick skillet.
- Add cabbage, mustard, stock, salt & pepper.
- Sauté until liquid is gone.
- Serve immediately.
