  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
  • 4 oz chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Bragg's liquid Aminos, to taste
  • 1 egg


  • Heat skillet to medium-high heat and melt coconut oil
  • Add chicken and cook until done
  • Add steamed broccoli, cauliflower rice, and liquid Aminos
  • Stir-fry until heated thoroughly
  • Move mixture away from center of skillet, forming a hole
  • Crack egg into center of skillet and scramble
  • Stir mixture all together so egg is mixed throughout
