- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
- 4 oz chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- Bragg's liquid Aminos, to taste
- 1 egg
Get Recipe Ingredients
Heat skillet to medium-high heat and melt coconut oil
Add chicken and cook until done
Add steamed broccoli, cauliflower rice, and liquid Aminos
Stir-fry until heated thoroughly
Move mixture away from center of skillet, forming a hole
Crack egg into center of skillet and scramble
Stir mixture all together so egg is mixed throughout
