  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup raisins


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Place oats in food processor and pulse until flour-like consistency is reached
  • Combine oats and mashed banana in bowl
  • Stir in raisins
  • Drop by heaping tablespoon onto baking sheet into 20 mounds and flatten slightly with spatula or fork
  • Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown on bottom
  • Remove from oven and cool on wire rack
