Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large portobello mushroom caps
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • pinch black pepper
  • red pepper flakes to taste
  • pink salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Add minced garlic, black pepper, & red pepper flakes (if desired) to cottage cheese and mix thoroughly
  • Scoop into caps of portobello mushrooms
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with pink salt
