"Cheesy" Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower chopped
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  • Steam cauliflower and garlic for 7 to 10 minutes, until cauliflower is easily pierced by a fork
  • Drain and transfer to bowl of food processor
  • Add in nutritional yeast, ghee, salt and parsley
  • Process until desired consistency is reached
