"Cheesy" Mashed Cauliflower

- 1 large head of cauliflower chopped
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp parsley

Steam cauliflower and garlic for 7 to 10 minutes, until cauliflower is easily pierced by a fork
Drain and transfer to bowl of food processor
Add in nutritional yeast, ghee, salt and parsley
Process until desired consistency is reached
