- 2.5 cups frozen chopped spinach
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp Bragg's Nutritional Yeast
- pink salt, to taste
Instructions
- Melt coconut oil in skillet over medium-high heat
- Add spinach to skillet and cover, stirring occasionally
- Stir in cottage cheese and nutritional yeast
- Remove from heat and stir in pink salt
