Ingredients

  • 24 oz sour cream
  • 24 oz cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Stevia, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender
  • Pour into a wax paper lined spring
  • Bake for 1 hour
  • Turn oven off and leave door ajar for an hour
  • Remove from oven and refrigerate overnight
  • Take cake out of pan by flipping onto a plate
  • Remove wax paper
  • Blot any moisture and reflip cake
