Ingredients
- 24 oz sour cream
- 24 oz cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Stevia, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender
- Pour into a wax paper lined spring
- Bake for 1 hour
- Turn oven off and leave door ajar for an hour
- Remove from oven and refrigerate overnight
- Take cake out of pan by flipping onto a plate
- Remove wax paper
- Blot any moisture and reflip cake
