Ingredients

  • 8 oz lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup onion minced
  • 16 oz radishes sliced thin
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 6 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp pink salt
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Slice radishes thin, size of scalloped potato slices
  • Place in NuWave oven on foil and cook for 10-15 minutes (or bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes)
  • Brown beef and onions in skillet over medium-high heat
  • Melt coconut oil in small saucepan
  • Melt coconut oil in small saucepan
  • Whisk almond milk and coconut flour together then stir into coconut oil
  • Stir in nutritional yeast then bring to a simmer
  • Stir in dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, pink salt, and pepper
  • Simmer for 5 minutes
  • Remove radishes from oven and stir into beef and onions
  • Pour sauce into skillet and cook down until non-soupy consistency is reached
