Slice radishes thin, size of scalloped potato slices
Place in NuWave oven on foil and cook for 10-15 minutes (or bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes)
Brown beef and onions in skillet over medium-high heat
Melt coconut oil in small saucepan
Melt coconut oil in small saucepan
Whisk almond milk and coconut flour together then stir into coconut oil
Stir in nutritional yeast then bring to a simmer
Stir in dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, pink salt, and pepper
Simmer for 5 minutes
Remove radishes from oven and stir into beef and onions
Pour sauce into skillet and cook down until non-soupy consistency is reached
