Instructions

  • Pull off the leaves and break the cauliflower into large florets
  • Pulse florets in food processor until finely chopped
  • Heat skillet on medium-high heat
  • Melt coconut oil in skillet
  • Add cauliflower and stir-fry for 5 minutes
