  • Food processor, mini chopper


  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2-1 dropperful Sweetleaf Hazelnut Stevia or Vanilla Crème/Chocolate/English Toffee
  • 1 tsp instant coffee


  • Combine cottage cheese, stevia, and 3/4 t instant coffee in mini chopper or food processor
    (or more, if desired)
  • Process until fluffy
  • Transfer to bowl
  • Sprinkle remaining instant coffee on top

*Will need to use additional cottage cheese with meal to raise calories if using as protein in P2
