Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Bluebonnet French Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 dropperful stevia
  • 1 shake cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Pulse frozen banana in food processor until well broken down
  • Remove lid and scrape banana off the sides
  • Add in vanilla, protein powder, stevia, and cinnamon (if desired)
  • Continue to process until ice cream consistency is reached
  • Serve immediately or scoop into dish and freeze until hardened a bit more
