- 1 banana frozen
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Bluebonnet French Vanilla protein powder
- 1 dropperful stevia
- 1 shake cinnamon optional

Pulse frozen banana in food processor until well broken down
Remove lid and scrape banana off the sides
Add in vanilla, protein powder, stevia, and cinnamon (if desired)
Continue to process until ice cream consistency is reached
Serve immediately or scoop into dish and freeze until hardened a bit more
