Ingredients
- 1 banana frozen
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Bluebonnet French Vanilla protein powder
- 1 dropperful stevia
- 1 shake cinnamon optional
Instructions
- Pulse frozen banana in food processor until well broken down
- Remove lid and scrape banana off the sides
- Add in vanilla, protein powder, stevia, and cinnamon (if desired)
- Continue to process until ice cream consistency is reached
- Serve immediately or scoop into dish and freeze until hardened a bit more
