Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 cup raw cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- In medium bowl, mix the mashed banana and shredded coconut flakes until combined
- Stir in cocoa powder
- Add coconut flour until combined
- Stir in cacao nibs until combined
- Drop 13 (1 tbsp) scoops onto the baking sheet and gently press down in the center
- Bake 25 minutes
- Remove from oven and allow to cool
- Store in fridge or freeze and save for later date
